T&S Land Management is a Christian based company that was put together in 2021, but the buildings to this company started much sooner than that. I graduated high school in 2008 and started my college education soon after. While I was going to college, I was working for a local construction company, and it didn’t take me long to figure out that the college life wasn’t for me. I would much rather play in the dirt with a piece of equipment than set in a classroom. Ever so often I would get to run the equipment, this fueled a love for heavy equipment that I had since I was kid and started a dream of some day running my own construction company. Some years passed and the owners of this construction company became family to my wife and I. I moved on to a better paying job in a factory, but I always had that dream of someday being able to go out on my own and build something I could call my own. It started around 2018 when I bought a tractor and started doing small jobs here and there as I could get them. Then in 2021, we decided to make it official and started T&S. Since then, we have done many projects building pads, roads, retaining walls and much more for commercial and residential properties. We have built a team of great guys that have a love and attention to detail for the customers and products that is unmatched.
